Directions:

From the South: Take Highway 93 (Reserve Street) north.  Take a left onto Dearborne Ave (after Taco John’s on your right), following the signs to Fort Missoula.  Continue on Fort Missoula Road, and turn right onto the Community Medical Center Campus.

From the North: Take Highway 93 (Reserve Street) south.  Turn right onto South Ave.  Turn left onto Old Fort Rd, then right onto Fort Missoula Rd.  Turn right immediately onto the Community Medical Center Campus.

We are located in Physician Building #3, on the 3rd floor.
